Der Mainboardhersteller DFI nimmt eine neues Produkt, das DFI LANParty UT ICFX3200-T2R/G, mit ATI-Chipsatz für Intels Sockel 775 Prozessoren in Ihr Sortiment auf.
Auf dem UT ICFX3200-T2R/G werkelt der RD600 Chipsatz von ATI und soll laut Hersteller für optimale Leistung bei ATIs Crossfiretechnologie und bei Physikkarten sorgen.
Unterstützt werden Intels Core2Duo-, Core2Extreme-, Core2Quad-, Pentium 4 und Pentium D-Prozessoren.
Arbeitsspeicher wird mit maximal 8GB Single- und Doublesided DDR2 800- und DDR2 1066 Speicher mit einer Memoryspannung bis zu 3,2V unterstützt.
Weiteres Ausstattungsmerkmal des UT ICFX3200-T2R/G ist die Teaming Technologie, S-ATA2 und RAID-Support. Das Mainboard soll laut DFI bis zu acht SATA-Interfaces unterstützen, davon sollen vier vom Southbridgechip (SB 600) und vier vom Promise PDC40719 Chipsatz verwaltet werden. RAID soll in RAID 0, RAID 1, RAID 0+1 und RAID 5 möglich sein.
Für Soundausgaben kommt das Karajan Audio Modul mit RealTek ALC885 8CH-CHipsatz zum Einsatz, welcher von Microsoft als Vista Premium Ready zertifiziert wurde.
