Für eine hohe Leistung und Übertaktbarkeit sollen die handselektierten GPU-Chips sorgen, die mit 575MHz angebunden sind.
Der Speicher hat eine Taktfrequenz von 1800MHz DDR, eine Größe von 768MB und ist mit 348bit angebunden. Die 128 Stream-Prozessoren takten mit 1350Mhz.
OCZ gibt wie beim Speicher eine lebenslange Garantie auf die Grafikkarte.
